Our  rates are in US Dollars for a seven day period and INCLUDE  7% BVI tax and midweek/weekend maid service

Additional persons/children sleeping on queen sofa beds is $40/night

Tips: The service charge does not include a gratuity, which should be given directly to staff

SUMMARY OF OUR RENTAL TERMS:
Deposit due: 50% upon booking within 14 days in US funds by check or money order. Nonrefundable unless villa can be rebooked.  We will credit you for a future booking without penalty, if a cancellation is necessary  
Balance due: 60 days prior to arrival date
Damage deposit due: $800  60 days prior to arrival date; refund for no damage will be mailed within 2 weeks
There are no refunds for late arrival or premature departure.
Babies using a crib do not count as a "person" for rental rates.
Payment can be made by check, bank check, money order or PalPay( 2.5% added to cover costs)
