Itinerary
1st  stopover:  Gorda Peak National Park
Your Driver will lead you at the starting point to Scale to the highest point on the island of Virgin Gorda. Enjoy the Cool mountain air and over shadow shade from the trees above.  Different types of orchids sprinkle along side the trail along with an abundance of flora and fauna. If you listen carefully you can hear the chiirps of many birds and the "bo peeps" from the Virgin Islands Frogs while you follow a narrow walking trail that first comes to a picnic area. Examine the ferns and inhabitants in there natural habitat. This area of Virgin Gorda is home to the Virgin Gorda Gecko, the Guinness book of world records smallest Gecko since 1965. Hike to the lookout tower is approximately 800 meters on a very gradual slope there you climb the lookout tower and enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding islands,  Caribbean sea and Atlantic Ocean. The Gorda peak National Park is made up of 254 acres and was declared since 1974.
 
2nd stopover:  North Sound and Valley Lookout
Get your camera ready! As your Drive leaves Gorda Peak National park on the Way to Copper mine you will stop two separate lookout stations. The First Lookout Station overlooks North Sound and South Sound area of Virgin Gorda. This view is nothing less than breath taken. The different blue shades of the bay and ocean will amaze you. The Islands in view include Saba Rock, Prickley Pear, Necker Island and many more. As you continue your drive a second lookout tower you will feel that you are on the belly of the Fat Virgin as you look over Spanish Town and neighbouring Islands which are to much to mention. On a clear day you can see all the way to St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
 
3rd stopover:  Copper Mine
After the Spanish Town  lookout station you're headed to the copper mine which is a 20 minute Drive. Enjoy the scenery on the way and the drive through Spanish Town. The Copper mine is the part of the tour which will give you some sense of the rich history that the British Virgin Islands holds. The Amerindians first used the area in the 18th century for copper, making jewels and tool to trade with other indigenous people on other islands. Spaniards where the first European to mine cooper here, however Cornish miners built the ruins that remain today in the 1800s. Following a decline in mineral deposits in Cornwall, England the mine closed in 1862 due to escalating expenses and low market prices
 
4th stopover:  Little Dix Bay Resort
The Little Dix Bay Resort now managed by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is historical figure for the British Virgin Islands. Things remained very quiet on the British Virgin Islands until the 1960s, when Laurance Rockefeller built the Little Dix Bay Resort. He was one of the first to recognized the B.V.I. as a potential tourism Destination. While looking about at little Dix Bay Resort you may have lunch or your tour operator will be glad to recommend another restaurant.
 
5th stopover:  Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour (Spanish Town)
After departing Little Dix Bay Resort it a short drive to Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. This area is know for shopping in Virgin Gorda and also two Restaurant and Bars. A 20 Minutes stop in the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour will allow you to grab a bit to eat if you decided you were not happy with the menu at Little Dix Bay Resort.
 
6th stopover :  The Baths

No tour on Virgin Gorda is complete without a trip to the British Virgin Islands most famous attraction The World Famous Baths. Arrival at the baths will give you a third choice to grab something to eat at the Top Of The Baths Restaurant. The Boulders in many places seem to form many caves where at times there are little rays of light that peeks in from above. Explore and the boulders, trails and natural bathing pools until you are ready to taken back to your point of origin.
